All Olympus companies within the EMEA region procure goods and services subject to the EMEA General Terms of Purchase. The EMEA General Terms of Purchase comprise of a Part A which contains the general provisions for the purchase of goods and/or services and a Part B which contains country specific provisions with respect to the company contracting on Olympus’ side.

For your convenience, we have translated the EMEA General Terms of Purchase into the languages which you may find below. Please note that, in particular in case of contradictions and doubts of interpretation, only the English version of the EMEA General Terms of Purchase is binding.
