A tailor-made start to your career

Set yourself a challenge and use your work to help make the world a little bit safer, healthier, and more fulfilling. Lay the foundations for your career by going straight into the area of the company where you can unleash your potential, for example, as a Junior Accountant or Junior Procurement Specialist.

Our six-month trainee program prepares young graduates for working in various specialist areas. The training is comprehensive and gives the trainees various needed skills that are useful for further development in the Business Services Sector. One aspect that you will find particularly valuable is the support from your mentor, an experienced colleague who will be by your side at all times with expertise and knowledge of the company, and will also aid you in your personal development. Finance, Sales Support, Supply Chain Management, HR or BI decide which area is right for you. You will undertake both specialized tasks and project work, enabling you to become a specialist. In our six-month program, you will not only get to know your own department. To get a taste of life in other areas, you will spend a couple of weeks in different company departments.
